Park Hall Hotel & Spa

If you're looking for a nice place with a real character and charm this is the place. The place had a wonderful setting and is probably a great place for various functions like weddings and conferences. I stayed as a guest and had a lovely time. The staff was excellent and attentive and there is also access to the gym and pool (though the pool is rather small). The room was clean and well taken care of. Note, that there is no lift though there are only two floors.

We stayed here for one night to attend a function in different location, which was cancelled last minute, we decided to have evening meal on the Saturday night which was lovely. Also spent most of Sunday there and had lunch which was wonderful. My granddaughter and her friend took the opportunity to take lots of pictures of themselves in the hotels beautiful decor. Our only disappointment was we thought we had booked a family room with one double and two singles beds but ended up with a double bed and a double bed settee which was rather uncomfortable. But we managed. Everything else perfect polite and friendly helpfull team. We can't wait to return but without the double sofa bed Oh and my grandson who has autism was delighted with the smart tv in the room.

I recently had my works Christmas party at Park Hall hotel’s festive party nights. It was absolutely fantastic! Very well organised, hard working staff, beautiful decor, great food and entertainment. All guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly and I will be booking again for next year (especially as I won 2 bottles of Prosecco!) thank you to all the staff who made everything run smoothly :)

Fabulous Wedding Venue for my sister in-law's special day! Had a 2 night stay. Lovely location, looks elegant too. The internal renovation looks opulent too! Big thank you to Amrik and her team for looking after us all. The food was absolutely amazing. (Even the veggie sausages for breakfast are the best I have ever tasted!).

We had a family party at the hotel over Christmas for a 60th birthday. From the initial contact through to planning, agreeing details and service throughout the day, we couldn't have asked for more. The events and waiting staff were first class and were critical in ensuring we had the most incredible event. Those who didn't live locally all stayed the night there too and the rooms were spacious, classy and comfortable. We will be having more parties there in the future. Great venue, excellent service, amazing occasion.

Place was tidy and rooms were good. Shower is a bit fiddly to get the temp right and it constantly fluctuates. I don't recommend the restaurant, though. Dinner was well below par and breakfast was okay. Fresh fruit at breakfast was out of date and both pieces were partially rotten. The dinner made me ill too, so I'm not overly impressed. It was also overpriced for what I got.

We had a wonderful experience at Park Hall Hotel, and the Orangery was the perfect venue for our event. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and was decorated so elegantly — it really created a special atmosphere and looked incredible in photos. A huge thank you to Andreana and Amrit, who were both incredibly helpful throughout the planning and organisation process. They were always professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive in making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference and took a lot of the stress out of organising the event. Overall, we’re really grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Park Hall Hotel — especially the Orangery — to anyone looking for a stunning venue with a great team behind it.

Recently attended a family dinner in a private room at this lovely Grade II listed hotel, full of character and charm. The hotel was easy to find and has ample of parking. The room where the event was taking place was spacious and set beautifully. The food was amazing, plentiful and served superably, the Chef even came to meet with the host to check that everything was satisfactory, which I thought was a very special touch. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in recommending the Park Hall Hotel & Spa as a venue to host your special event!
